Who I am

Raylux Studio (Raylux) is an independent web design and development studio based in London, UK, operated by me as a sole proprietor. You can contact me at hello@raylux.studio.

What I collect

When you submit an inquiry through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, optional company name, optional website URL, industry selection, and project message.

We may also collect standard technical data such as browser type and approximate location through hosting and analytics providers if enabled in the future.

How I use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and deliver your free demo
• To scope, quote, and deliver a project if you choose to proceed
• To communicate about your project during an active engagement

I do not sell your personal information. I do not use client work or inquiry data to train third-party AI models.

How long I keep it

Inquiry details are kept as long as needed to respond, deliver your demo, and maintain a reasonable business record. If you do not proceed after the demo, I delete or anonymise your data on request — and I will not contact you again unless you reach out first.

Third-party services

Inquiry emails are delivered through Resend (email infrastructure). The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on my behalf under their own privacy policies and data processing terms.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email hello@raylux.studio and I will respond within 2 hours during 9am – midnight.

Cookies

This site uses session storage to remember whether you have seen the homepage intro animation. No advertising or tracking cookies are used at this time.
